From when you first visit the Burley Manor to see our facilities to when you arrive at the Hotel on your special day, our dedicated and professional team will be there to advise and guide to ensure that your day runs smoothly.
Our Simply Perfect Package is an inclusive package for 40 people for the Wedding breakfast and 60 people for the evening reception, and includes
- Bucks Fizz Drinks Reception on arrival
- Three course Wedding Breakfast with a glass of wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the toast
- Evening Reception Room Hire with private bar facilities
- Evening Finger Buffet

The Venue
Burley Manor is a sought-after venue for wedding receptions, with beautiful, secluded gardens to provide the perfect backdrop to capture the pictures of your special day. We offer a choice of two function suites that are ideal venues for wedding breakfasts and evening receptions for up to a maximum of 100 guests.
The Esdaile Room
The Esdaile Room with its stained-glass window and views of the deer paddock, provides a romantic and tranquil setting in which to exchange your vows and enjoy your wedding breakfast.
The Charcoals Suite
The Charcoals Suite is located in the hotel grounds and offers a more informal venue for your evening reception. This suite benefits from having its own bar and dance floor.
- Bar closes at 11:00pm (Sunday - Thursday) & 11:45pm (Friday & Saturday)
- Disco to finish at 11:15pm (Sunday - Thursday) & Midnight (Friday & Saturday)

We are licenced to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies in the Esdaile Room for up to 80 guests & the Conservatory is now licensed to seat 20 guests.
Room Hire - Esdaile Suite - £450.00 / Conservatory - £250.00 (Exclusive of fee payable to the Registrar, Min 60 guest attending a Saturday Wedding)
