The Burley Manor Hotel provides the perfect location for a New Years Break. Set within the New Forest you can experience the glorious ancient woodland as well as enjoying a wonderful party atmosphere to see out the old year and welcome in the new. The hotel boasts its own riding stables within the grounds perfect for beginners and experienced riders. A peaceful collection of antique and curiosity shops await you in the village of Burley itself, with the unspoilt natural landscape of the New Forest right on your doorstep.

Our New Years break package consists of three night's dinner, bed and breakfast from only £425 per person. The first day you are welcomed on arrival with a drinks reception where you can sample some fine New Forest wine which prepares you for a delicious four course candlelit evening meal where the evening entertainment is provided with one of our many themed nights ranging from a casino to a flutter at the races. When the big occasion of New Years Eve arrives you can be assured of an exciting, fully catered experience of a grand gala dinner. Counting down the final moments of the year you will be kept entertained by our resident disco until the clock strikes midnight where a champagne reception will be held to see in the New Year. Throughout the duration of your New Forest New Year break, the Burley Manor Hotel will provide morning coffee and afternoon tea sessions as well as ensuring all its guests are kept entertained whilst dining with their evening meal.

Of course your New Year break doesn't have to end once the 3 nights are up. If you wish to stay for an additional few days then consider our Winter Warmer rates where from only £65 per person per night you can stay for an extra 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast.

1. Provisional reservations - please telephone the hotel of your choice or our Central Reservations to make your reservation, rooms will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
2. To confirm your reservation please complete, sign and return the reservation form together with the appropriate deposit of £100 per person.We reserve the right to release the accommodation if booking forms are not received within 7 days.
3. The final balance of your package is due prior to 1st November 2008. If you are paying by credit card, please note that the final amount will be automatically charged to your card on that date.
4. All reservations made after 1st November 2008 must be fully prepaid at the time of booking.

Information & Programme Changes

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this brochure, please note that Forestdale Hotels cannot accept responsibility for changes in the programme which are beyond our control. In the unlikely event of any programme not meeting the minimum number of people (15) Forestdale Hotels guarantees to the client to offer either an alternative programme in another destination or a full refund.Where wine is included in the package we serve half a bottle, per person, of our excellent house wine with a choice of red or white.

Booking Conditions

Deposits and Payments: Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposit of £100 per person. Final payment must be received prior to 1st November 2008. Any reservations made after this date must be fully pre-paid at time of booking. It is your responsibility to adhere to deposits, final payments or full prepayments. Whilst we will endeavour to collect these monies, should they fail to be sent in time, you will lose your reservation and monies paid. Please note that monies paid are non-refundable.

Guaranteed Prices: Christmas and New Year holiday prices are guaranteed for the duration of the brochure, unless there is a change in the rate ofVAT which is currently 17.5%.

Dress Code

In all the hotels, dress code is smart casual. In some cases, fancy dress is optional for dinners. At Ardsley House Hotel, Lyndhurst Park Hotel, Winchester Royal Hotel, Carrington House and Pratt's Hotel for the New Year's Eve parties, ladies are requested to wear evening dresses and gentlemen are requested to wear DJs.
