The Burley Manor Hotel provides the perfect location for your Christmas Break within the New Forest. Dating from 1852 the original manor has been considerably upgraded, refurbished and extended to create the hotel that we know today. A cosy lounge, filled with antiques, and a welcoming roaring log fire, superb food and elegant bedrooms, all make for the most truly welcoming and relaxing stay. Be sure not to miss the herd of New Forest Deer grazing in the paddock at the front of the hotel.

Our Christmas Breaks are based on a 4 night, fully inclusive package from only £615 per person all set within the wonderfully breathtaking scenery of the New Forest. Enjoy a welcome drinks reception on your first day and relax in the hotels facilities before enjoying a wonderful four course evening meal, served with wine during which you will be looked after and entertained by our resident pianist.

On Christmas Day, enjoy a fabulous five course Christmas dinner served with wine. The evening's cuisine is catered for by the Chef's Grand Buffet which shouldn't be missed! Boxing Days entertainment is provided by a trip to Bournemouth's Pavillion Theatre to see a traditional Christmas Panto show where you can see family favourites such as Peter Pan.

Your New Forest Christmas break doesn't have to end there however, as you can take advantage of our St Nicholas breaks where you can stay for an additional two nights with prices starting from £65 per person per night.

1. Provisional reservations - please telephone the hotel of your choice or our Central Reservations to make your reservation, rooms will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
2. To confirm your reservation please complete, sign and return the reservation form together with the appropriate deposit of £100 per person.We reserve the right to release the accommodation if booking forms are not received within 7 days.
3. The final balance of your package is due prior to 1st November 2008. If you are paying by credit card, please note that the final amount will be automatically charged to your card on that date.
4. All reservations made after 1st November 2008 must be fully prepaid at the time of booking.

Information & Programme Changes

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this brochure, please note that Forestdale Hotels cannot accept responsibility for changes in the programme which are beyond our control. In the unlikely event of any programme not meeting the minimum number of people (15) Forestdale Hotels guarantees to the client to offer either an alternative programme in another destination or a full refund.Where wine is included in the package we serve half a bottle, per person, of our excellent house wine with a choice of red or white.

Booking Conditions

Deposits and Payments: Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposit of £100 per person. Final payment must be received prior to 1st November 2008. Any reservations made after this date must be fully pre-paid at time of booking. It is your responsibility to adhere to deposits, final payments or full prepayments. Whilst we will endeavour to collect these monies, should they fail to be sent in time, you will lose your reservation and monies paid. Please note that monies paid are non-refundable.

Guaranteed Prices: Christmas and New Year holiday prices are guaranteed for the duration of the brochure, unless there is a change in the rate ofVAT which is currently 17.5%.

Dress Code

In all the hotels, dress code is smart casual. In some cases, fancy dress is optional for dinners. At Ardsley House Hotel, Lyndhurst Park Hotel, Winchester Royal Hotel, Carrington House and Pratt's Hotel for the New Year's Eve parties, ladies are requested to wear evening dresses and gentlemen are requested to wear DJs.
